Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Gift Cards: Not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping cost are responsibility of the customer UNLESS the item is defective or damaged.
